Kelly | Owner & Founder / Stylist Allow me to introduce myself—I’m Kelly Elizabeth, Owner & Founder of Shear Elizabeth and Shear Luxe Hair Co. I am a Master Extension Specialist with V-Light certification, a Lived-In Color Specialist, and an expert in specialty blonding. With countless hours of continuing education, I’m always striving to perfect my craft and bring the highest level of service to my clients. In March 2026, I founded Shear Luxe Hair Co.—my very own luxury extension line—created with intention, experience, and a true understanding of what both stylists and clients need. I’ve always wanted to provide premium, long-lasting human hair that delivers both beauty and reliability. By sourcing top-tier Slavic hair, I’m able to offer next-level quality, seamless blends, and a luxurious finish that truly stands out. One of my biggest goals was to elevate the client experience by keeping hair in stock and readily available, allowing for more efficient, on-site extension services without long wait times. This not only enhances results but creates a smoother, more customized experience for every guest who sits in my chair. I’ve always dreamed of owning my own business—creating hair I can truly be proud of. Now, with Shear Elizabeth and Shear Luxe Hair Co., I’ve built a space where luxury meets expertise. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair and bring your hair goals to life. Maddy/Stylist: We’re so excited to welcome Maddy to the Shear Elizabeth family! With nearly 17 years of experience behind the chair, Maddy brings an incredible eye for detail and a true passion for enhancing natural beauty. She specializes in extension services, keratin treatments, and lived-in color, creating effortless, dimensional looks that grow out beautifully. Her approach is personalized, thoughtful, and always centered around healthy hair and confidence.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens—illnesses and emergencies come up. However, to respect my time and other clients, I will be enforcing my 24-hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is canceled last minute, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding and support! Service Policy – No Refunds At Shear Elizabeth, my goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident, beautiful, and cared for. I stand behind the quality of my work and strive to ensure you are satisfied with your service. Please note: All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your results, I am happy to offer a one-time adjustment within 14 days of your original appointment. This must be discussed and scheduled within that two-week window. After that timeframe, any changes or new services will be considered a new appointment and charged accordingly.
